Kinnucan’s annual program participation and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Kinnucan’s. At its sole discretion, Kinnucan’s has the right to modify, add or delete any of the program rules, terms, conditions, benefits, or rewards, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points already accumulated, the value of the rewards and/or the time for redemption.
You must present your Adventure Card with every purchase in order to assure accurate tracking of points.
Reward points (i) can be redeemed for merchandise only as offered by Kinnucan’s, (ii) may not be redeemed for gift cards, store credit, select products, or online services. Reward points have no cash value and cash will not be paid for unused portions of the reward points. Merchandise purchased with reward points may be exchanged for merchandise only. Reward points are non transferable and Kinnucan’s reserves the right to limit the time within which you may redeem reward points.
The program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as Kinnucan’s, in its sole discretion, elects to designate a program termination date. Kinnucan’s has the right to end the program at any time without providing written notice to you. All UNREWARDED POINTS shall automatically be reset to zero after 2 (two) years or 60 days after non-renewal.
Modification of these terms and conditions may only be made in writing by an authorized representative of Kinnucan’s. All interpretations of program terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Kinnucan’s and such interpretations are binding on you.
You are responsible for notifying Kinnucan’s of any changes of address. Kinnucan’s is not responsible for Adventure Cards which are lost, delayed, or misdirected in the mail or otherwise during transit. Program points may be subjected to federal, state, or other taxes and such taxes are your sole responsibility.
Participants must be at least 13 years of age and must have a U.S. address. Participation in the program is void if prohibited by law in the jurisdiction in which the prospective participant resides. If in any particular state the program or Kinnucan’s has to apply for any special license, bonding, permit or other governmental regulatory approval, the program will be void in that particular state.

Not Receiving Our Emails?
If you are not receiving our emails that you have subscribed for, there are several possible issues that could be occuring. The first step is to make sure that you have never "SAFE UNSUBSCRIBED" from our mailing list. In accordance with Federal law as detailed in the CAN SPAM Act, Kinnucan's is not allowed to manually add customer emails back into the system once they have unsubscribed. If you think that this may be the case, please enter in your email to the box below to re-subscribe. If you are an Adventure Card Member, please also email us at marketing@kinnucans.com and let us know that you have resubscribed and want to be added back into our Adventure Card List.
