Return/Exchange Terms and Conditions

Return Information:

You may return any item, excluding sunglasses, for any reason, in its original condition , with 60 days of the date purchased, for a full refund in the form of original payment or exchange.  Proof of purchase is required.

Sale Items may only be returned for store credit.

If any item purchased from Kinnucan’s Specialty Outfitter proves defective, we will honor the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Gift cards may not be returned.

Sunglasses may be returned up to 14 days after the date of purchase.  Sunglasses must have the original tags, be in new condition, and be accompanied with the purchase receipt.  Sunglasses will not be returned if scratched or damaged.  Sunglasses should be inspected by the guest to confirm glasses are free from defect before purchase.  All sunglass claims are process by the manufacturer.
